Submission of College Admission Requirements to the University for the 1st Semester of SY 2026-2027 are now done online. On the other hand, EVSU College Admission Examination will be onsite or face-to-face and shall be administered in the campus where you applied your desired program. Again, a testing schedule will be sent to your email.

In addition, our admission system provides access to interested student-applicants in the various curricular programs in the Main Campus (Tacloban City) as well as five (5) external campuses namely: EVSU- Burauen Campus, EVSU-Carigara Campus, EVSU-Dulag Campus, EVSU-Ormoc Campus, and EVSU-Tanauan Campus.


Applicants must meet the following GWA:

  • - 80% and above for non-board programs
  • - 85% and above for board programs

Applicants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • - University Entrance Exam (UEE): 60%
  • - General Weighted Average (GWA): 40%

The following are the different categories of student-applicants with the corresponding documentary requirements:



Categories of Student-Applicants and Documentary Requirements

Category Requirements
Category 1: Senior High School Graduates
  • Clear and recent 2x2 ID picture (with name tag & white background)
  • Scanned copy or clear photo (front and back) of the following:
    • Form 138/Grade 12 Report Card (with ID picture on it)
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • School ID or any valid ID (e.g. Passport /Barangay Certificate (with 1x1/ or 2 x 2 ID picture, stating your complete name and address)/ PSA Live Birth Certificate/Police Clearance, NBI Clearance/PhilHealth ID)
Category 2: Currently Enrolled Grade 12 Students
  • Clear and recent 2x2 ID picture (with name tag & white background)
  • Scanned copy or clear photo (front and back) of the following:
    • Temporary Report Card (with at least 1st Grading Period Rating)
    • Form 138/ Grade 11 Report Card (1st & 2nd semester)
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character or Certification that the student is currently enrolled and of Good Moral Standing
    • School ID or any valid ID (e.g. Passport /Barangay Certificate (with 1x1/ or 2 x 2 ID picture, stating your complete name and address)/ PSA Live Birth Certificate/Police Clearance, NBI Clearance/PhilHealth ID)
Category 3: Transferees
  1. Transferees who are currently enrolled
    • Clear and recent 2x2 ID picture (with name tag & white background)
    • Scanned copy or clear photo (front and back) of the following:
      • TOR (with Remarks: For Evaluation Purposes)
      • Certification that the student is currently enrolled and of Good Moral Standing
      • School ID or any valid ID (e.g. Passport /Barangay Certificate (with 1x1/ or 2 x 2 ID picture, stating your complete name and address)/ PSA Live Birth Certificate/Police Clearance, NBI Clearance/PhilHealth ID)
  2. Transferees who have stopped schooling
    • Clear and recent 2x2 ID picture (with name tag & white background)
    • Scanned copy or clear photo (front and back) of the following:
      • Transfer Credentials (TOR, Honorable Dismissal & Good Moral Character)
      • School ID or any valid ID (e.g. Passport /Barangay Certificate (with 1x1/ or 2 x 2 ID picture, stating your complete name and address)/ PSA Live Birth Certificate/Police Clearance, NBI Clearance/PhilHealth ID)
Category 4: Filipino students who studied abroad
  • Clear and recent 2x2 ID picture (with name tag & white background)
  • Scanned copy or clear photo (front and back) of the following:
    • Copy of High School Report Card /TOR issued by the School/University
    • Certificate of Honorable Dismissal and Good Moral Character
    • School ID or any valid ID (e.g. Passport /Barangay Certificate (with 1x1/ or 2 x 2 ID picture, stating your complete name and address)/ PSA Live Birth Certificate/Police Clearance, NBI Clearance/PhilHealth ID)
Category 5: Second Courser
  • Clear and recent 2x2 ID picture (with name tag & white background)
  • Scanned copy or clear photo (front and back) of the following:
    • TOR (with Remarks: For Evaluation Purposes)
    • Certification that the student is currently enrolled and of Good Moral Standing
    • School ID or any valid ID (e.g. Passport /Barangay Certificate (with 1x1/ or 2 x 2 ID picture, stating your complete name and address)/ PSA Live Birth Certificate/Police Clearance, NBI Clearance/PhilHealth ID)



Note:

  1. Please make sure that you upload properly all scanned copies or clear images of these documents in the portal upon application. Only CLEAR and COMPLETE documents shall be approved for application.
  2. Electronic copies (e-copies) of documentary requirements may be accepted provided that there is a clear indication that the documents are official and valid (duly signed by proper authorities) and certified true copies from the original.


General Procedures in the EVSU College Admission Application 1st Semester, SY 2026-2027:

  1. Complete the online admission application through the Online Admission Portal at https://apps.evsu.edu.ph/admissions
  2. Confirm admission application through an auto-email which will be sent to the email address you provided. (Make sure that the email address you will provide is active and working.)
  3. Wait for an email about the testing schedule. (Keep your communication lines open and regularly check your email inbox.)
  4. Undergo the onsite or face-to-face EVSU College Admission Test on the scheduled date.
  5. Wait for the posting of final and official results at https://www.evsu.edu.ph
